The room was in very good condition and well equipped with a fridge, kettle, iron, on the 7th floor with an elevator, a balcony offering a great view of the mountains. The surrounding area has great infrastructure—several supermarkets, bars, a pharmacy, everything you need. The host was helpful, reachable, and responded quickly and politely. I stayed for 14 days and felt very comfortable, and I’d love to return. However, during a 14‑day stay I would have liked the room and bathroom cleaned at least once. If that’s not the plan, at least cleaning supplies and trash bags should be provided. The place keeps smelling like smoke—hard to say where it comes from. The internet is spotty, sometimes not working at all 😞 The sound insulation isn’t great, but it didn’t bother me.

The place sits in a great spot with a nice view, the room is roomy and the owner kept in touch well. The hallway had a cigarette smell and the soap and shampoo were a bit scarce.

The location is cozy in a functional area full of shops, right outside the gate you’ll find markets, bars, a laundromat, etc. The host was very caring, recommending restaurants where we ate well for a fair price. The accommodation matches the photos exactly, with super clean linens and a fully equipped room with a fridge. The bus stop for the Amalfi Coast is only 50 m from the gate. I’m really happy with my trip and will definitely return to this beautiful place on my next visit to Salerno.
