The friendly, homely guesthouse is set in a beautiful environment and offers perfect value for money. The family room is spacious enough with a gallery layout. They give access to the winter beach – we didn’t use it because it wasn’t beach season. The bikes can be stored in a locked area, and e‑bikes can be charged there. It’s an excellent starting point for hikes.

The host was lovely, the breakfast was excellent, and the atmosphere was friendly. The place is ideal for exploring the surroundings.

The location was perfect – quiet, surrounded by nature. But the lack of air conditioning made the August heat unbearable; a few days over 33 °C and the room was just too hot.

Parking was free and the area was gorgeous, right by the lake and a bunch of restaurants. The only odd thing was the collection of stuffed animals that seemed out of place.
