The room was spotless.

The room was quiet and comfy, but the HVAC was a nightmare—no temperature control, it only ran at full blast or off, and I had to cut the power to turn it off. The deadbolt stuck locked when I opened the door and required several attempts to release, and the bathtub drain didn’t shut properly, so water never stayed in the tub.

The staff were very friendly, but the room was only cleaned once every four days. Towels never arrived, trash was never taken out, coffee cups weren’t refilled, there was no plug for the bathtub, and toilet paper ran out. I had to go to the front desk for missing items daily, and the room was not the one shown on the website.
