Customer service was excellent, especially Jim who went above and beyond; the location is convenient, not far from the Lipa Exit, and Grab and FoodPanda are easily reachable. The bed was comfy and the room spotless, so I’ll definitely return.

The host responds quickly to requests and concerns, making the stay enjoyable. All the amenities were comfortable, the pool was clean, and the jacuzzi was a treat. When I forgot an ingredient, Grab was handy and my cake arrived in under an hour.

We had a wonderful stay at the resort—the scenery was breathtaking, the place was spotless, and the staff were very friendly, especially Mr. Jim, one of the owners, who made us feel at home. The coffee was great and everything we needed was provided, so we’d love to come back.
