We appreciated the quietness of the place and the convenience of on‑site parking near the farmhouse, not right on the road. Breakfast, included in the stay, was honest: not outstanding, but adequate. Unfortunately, several negatives emerged. First, the shower drain was completely clogged; after just a minute of running water, it started to back up, forcing us to call the owner around 23:00 for a fix. The water pressure was also very low, with a barely adequate jet. We feel the shower and pipes need a review. Additionally, we were asked to pay a 1.50 € per person per day tourist tax, which wasn’t mentioned in the listing and caught us by surprise. Finally, we noticed a significant difference between the photos in the ad and the actual rooms, and we believe the images should more accurately reflect what guests will find upon arrival.

“Ideale x riposare e bella location”

The property is very beautiful and suits my taste… great value for money… it has a pool, which I couldn’t try because I didn’t have time… excellent breakfast and super staff… isolated location, so peace and quiet… close to the center… aside from the mosquitoes at sunset (😆), very satisfied … 😎

“Un'oasi di pace”

Struttura bellissima immersa nel verde, circondata dal silenzio, a pochi passi dal centro. Un 10 a Donatella e Marco che si impegnano quotidianamente nella gestione di questa meraviglia
