The rooms are old, the beds are not very comfortable, and there is a strong cigarette smell in the rooms.

The location was very close to the attractions we wanted to see, but the place was very dirty, the receptionist was mean, she miscounted dollars to Turkish lira and charged far more than the booking price, yelled at us, and kept speaking Turkish when we asked her to explain the math and show us the calculations.

The location was good, but the stay was a complete disaster: an old, smoky room with no hot water. Four different receptionists rotated throughout the visit, only one of whom could manage basic English and accepted card payments; another I had to spend about 2 minutes explaining that I needed toilet paper in the bathroom, which he didn’t provide until he understood what I was asking for.

The staff were very friendly and the location perfect, yet the hotel itself is very old, lacks a shower cabin, the water isn’t hot, the air conditioning is a hassle, and the corridor noises echo inside.
