“Razoável”

A quiet place. The bathroom didn’t work: cold water, the tap in the sink was defective, the shower only had a hose, and there was a sense of pessimism.

The facilities weren’t terrible, but the lack of availability for setting up three elderly guests was frustrating. Breakfast was a bit weak, though the morning reception staff were very friendly and tried to resolve any issues. One side of the bed had a warped foot, the showers were poor, yet the water temperature was pleasant. The hotel has a lot of potential but feels very neglected, especially considering the daily rate.

Limpeza e conforto do quarto, ótimo atendimento dos funcionários do restaurante!. Descuido dos jardins, piscina com lodo e pastilhas faltando, café da manhã deixou muito a desejar

“Sem acessibilidade e péssimo quarto e cafe da manhã.”

The outdoor area was decent. Breakfast was awful, with very few options and slow restocking. The shower in the room gave a shock and had no temperature control. Dust and dirt were found under the beds. The TVs were poorly installed, and there was no phone to call reception. Despite being advertised as accessible, it wasn’t, except for the “luxury” room. There was no shower chair, no accessible pool, and the children’s pool was in bad condition.
