Nana was a great host, always attentive and customizing our breakfast. The lodge sits right in the middle of nature, and we even had spider monkeys visit us. It was very quiet for sleeping. It’s close to the entrance of the Muritiba park, but the town centre is a longer walk.

A lovely, quiet pousada with plenty of greenery right next to the room. The breakfast was good and the host was very welcoming, but there is no air conditioning.

The accommodation itself, its shared kitchen and garden, were all thoughtfully designed with a blend of modernity, rural charm and nature, plus practicality. The owner, Nana, was very friendly and made us feel at home; I would recommend it to everyone. It’s a bit far from the center, but that’s part of its appeal.
