Everything was spot on – the staff were super welcoming, and the place felt like a home away from home. I’ll definitely be back and would give it a 10+ rating.

The staff were super friendly and the food was good, plus the big indoor pool was a highlight. We even snagged a nice table at the new restaurant. But you gotta be lucky – the old restaurant felt a bit off. I booked a “Lifestyle Studio M” for two at about €490 a night, hoping for a quiet room, yet I ended up in a renovated double on the first floor above the kitchen, staring at the parking lot, beer crates, and the trash chute behind the hotel.

The food was top‑notch and the wine list was a great deal. Staff were super friendly, and the newly renovated spa was a highlight – big indoor pool and a natural outdoor one. The only downside? The beds were just average, and the duvets weren’t as plush as what I’m used to back home in Austria.

Nice, well‑furnished apartments, right in the middle of everything. The free ski bus makes getting to the slopes a breeze. The only hiccup was the extra cleaning fee that popped up at checkout – it felt like it should’ve been factored into the rate, especially during peak season.
