The proximity to the Haram and the staff’s cooperation were great, but the elevators were lacking and not always available.

The spot is superb, just a stone’s throw from the women’s gate, and the maintenance crew—MD Bayezid, Shoriful, and Nazmul—were incredibly attentive and helpful, even arranging our travel from Madinah to Makkah, which made the trip smoother and more comfortable. Thanks for the top‑class service and hospitality! The only downside is that the elevator gets jammed during peak times.

The location was fine, and housekeeping on the second floor—AbuBakr and AlAmin—did a great job. The washrooms need a makeover, and the elevators had a noticeable wait time.

All hotel staff delivered excellent service, and the hotel is very close to Masjid‑e‑Nabwi (PBUH), especially the ladies gate. The lifts are tiny and always crowded, so you end up waiting a bit; that area could use some improvement.
