Located in Vanadzor on a quiet street, it’s a 10‑minute walk to downtown and a further 5 minutes to the train/bus station; the front‑desk chap was very helpful and friendly. We stayed in an enormous “cottage” room with a separate downstairs lounge area that was quiet and comfortable. A small table in the room would have been helpful.

The room was very clean and customer service was great everywhere, but the breakfast could have offered more variety.

I had a fantastic stay here; from check‑in onward, the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The room stayed spotless and well‑maintained, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was tasty with a wide range of fresh options to start the day. Service and standards were excellent overall, and I’d definitely return.
