Terrible. The room was ugly, poorly maintained, and gave the impression of a decaying, unmaintained place.

The location, convenience, value for money and coffee were great. I didn't find anything I didn't like, though I wish the check‑in could start at 12 pm.

The room was very pleasant, the bed comfy and the shower superb. Breakfast was better than at many five‑star hotels, in a nice quiet spot. The parking wasn’t great but I could still park my car. The breakfast timing was also inconvenient – it starts at 08:00 and since I was traveling for work I had to rush because my event began at 08:00. The parking looked somewhat abandoned and on weekends the breakfast starts late.

Getting there was very easy and the atmosphere was excellent. The breakfast was great; few hotels let me rest as well as Atibaia Flat. Congrats 👏👏👏 it's a 10.
