They did fix the problem, after an hour. I booked a king suite, I was given a queen suite. When I asked to have it fixed, I was told oh, you booked thru , and its a matter of inventory. So she said there was no king rooms available. I booked months ago and my booking said a king suite. I complained to a manager and an hour later I was given a 2 bed room suite with a king room. This never should have happened! Someone decided to give me the wrong room. And then the receptionist still didn't help me. But the manager finally did fix the problem. But I will never book a IHG hotel again. I've had problems with them before. If the company decides to book thru bookings.com then they should always be correct. NOT A GOOD COMPANY IHG!

I will start with the suite the two bedroom rooms With two bathrooms, and a tiny kitchen with all the necessary,very good and clean,breakfast was delicious,employees are very friendly . There’s no pet run
Me gusto la comida, la ubicasion de hotel es buena porq no hay disturbios y hay tiendas cerca. Las habitaciones limpias. Lo unico que no me gusto fue que yo llevaba tres niños y me dieron cuarto en el tercer piso y mis hijo son inquietos y me estubieron llamando la atencion por el ruido
