The staff were friendly and the shuttle service worked well, but the swimming pool was shut for maintenance as noted in our reservation. We were in town for the Chicago Marathon and wanted to use the pool, and the price for a standard room felt steep.

Very clean and comfortable, but the breakfast was too expensive and not included.
