Almost nothing good. The walls were literally cardboard, the sink leaked water underneath when opened, and they wouldn’t let us use the locker for our luggage. The facilities were of very poor quality. I would not return.

A self‑service, no‑frills stay with a great location. The staff’s quick responses on WhatsApp are superb! The lobby no longer has working air‑con, making it unbearable to hang out with Penang’s heat.

The fact that it’s centrally located within the town makes it easy for me to find where I stay, and Rashid, who houses the place, was really friendly. The AC outside makes a lot of noise.

The staff Harvind is very good and the location was very near to komtar walking around 3 minutes only can reach there. Nope
