“If you want a good nights sleep -DONT come here!”

The grounds and pool are lovely, but the B&B sits right on a busy intersection and the constant summer road traffic noise was outrageous—ruining my stay. I booked the largest room through this website, yet was given the smallest one; I had screenshots proving my reservation, but the owners were snotty, made me feel stupid, and offered no apology or understanding—uppity all the way.

“Cute, charming, well equipped with everything you need for a perfect beach day or relaxing afternoon”

The staff were exceptional, the breakfast had so many options with a new menu daily and the best omelette I’ve ever had, and they were super cute and thoughtful about my dog’s accommodations. The décor was beautiful and the staff were a 10/10. The outdoor area, especially the dog yard, could use more light, the pool closed too early at 7 pm, and I could hear everything happening in the common areas and other guests’ rooms—there was no sense of privacy and we felt we had to whisper in our room. Other than that, I loved it!

“David and Joe are such great hosts…. Can’t wait to go back”

The first time we were there I honestly didn’t like the location being 15 minutes away from the beach but honestly it’s perfect… out of the crazy traffic area of the coastal highway…. The worst thing is going to the boardwalk/beach and trying to find a parking spot… David and Joe are excellent hosts. Nothing…. they added a pool and as far as I’m concerned I wouldn’t have to leave the property…. other than to get something to eat of course
