“Fabulous Barbados fabulous small hotel ..”

The Palm resort in Holetown, Barbados, is a lovely place to stay, and walking around was a breeze—enjoyed strolling down the road. The staff are helpful and friendly, always trying to get things done quickly. The cleaning crew are patient and kind. I would definitely stay again; thanks everyone, inshallah I’ll return. The only downside was that the pool was often full of children or guests’ friends, so I had to swim in the sea instead.

“Quiet apartment hotel.”

The apartment complex sits in a quiet zone and includes a pool. I stayed on the second floor in a roomy unit that had a living room, kitchen, balcony, bedroom, bathroom, and a cupboard. The place was clean, well‑equipped, and ideal for longer stays. However, communication with the property was clunky; I got many “warnings” about what I could or couldn’t do, what to bring, and strict timing, or the booking would be cancelled. There was no way to change the reservation or get a refund if I needed to. When I asked to print boarding passes, I felt like a nuisance and had to pay a dollar per page. I didn’t feel warmly welcomed, and the living room could use more electrical outlets. A car is required to reach supermarkets or restaurants.

The place is quiet, which is nice. They could throw breakfast into the price or at least offer snacks.

“Beautiful apartment, perfect for the start of my holiday”

The staff were fantastic. When I lost the key to the safe, they resolved it almost instantly. The cleaner, Coleen, was lovely.
