“Tired hotel charging a little more than it is worth. Still very nice.”
The views are good because you are not boxed in by other skyscrapers. Grand and relaxing lobby with plenty of places to sit and wait for friends. The atrium is very attractive, but the rooms are tired looking and the carpets in the on the room levels are not looking great. Breakfast was good but probably not worth the price. The biggest help as a foreigner would be to have clear English translations for all of the appliances. This is a consistent experience around Japan. Most remotes/TVs/Aircons etc seem to favour writing as opposed to icons, so it is near impossible to work out what button, for example, to press for the aircon fan adjustment, or to change the input for the TV
