The location and cleanliness are good, but the AC didn’t work on the first day, it was hot and I couldn’t sleep; the next day I was given a better room, but because I had a surgical procedure I needed to bring an extra person, so instead of compensation I was charged extra money—an unkind way to handle a regular client, especially after nine exhausting hours in the hospital, bleeding, and no proper sleep for two nights.

The room was very spacious and very clean, the bed was very comfy and I could sleep well, but there was no toilet paper in the washroom and they didn’t provide a separate bag for sanitary napkins.

The stay was comfortable with a great location; the hotel is simple, quiet, and offers a peaceful atmosphere overall. Its proximity to local markets, shops, and Lulu Mall makes it a good choice for those who want to enjoy nearby areas. The staff, from the owner to the manager and employees, are friendly and clearly care about the guest’s comfort, which I appreciate. Although the hotel lacks facilities like a pool or entertainment, it’s ideal for those looking for a place to sleep and relax after a busy day. The breakfast is very simple and almost “fakha rik,” but it’s acceptable compared to the price of the stay. My experience was excellent, and I would have given a higher rating if not for some maintenance noise inside the hotel. I thank the management and team for the warm welcome and their attention to guest comfort, and I wish them continued success.
