The owner was available, the location was strategic and convenient for walking or taking the metro, the environment was minimal but had everything needed and was clean.

The location of the house is spot on: super central, convenient, just a few steps from the metro stop and only one stop from the main station. The owner was incredibly kind, always ready and very attentive to our needs, making us feel comfortable right away. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. We felt great and will definitely come back! Highly recommended! 😊

The room was in a very convenient spot, great value for money, small but fully equipped, with brand‑new bathroom and fixtures, and a large shower. The owner was extremely friendly and personally resolved a problem we had upon arrival, responded immediately to my messages even late at night and on Sunday, and was very helpful. We will definitely return.

The apartment could comfortably hold four people, and the host was very helpful and welcoming. However, a strong mold smell stuck to all our clothes even though we hadn’t put them in the wardrobe, and the lack of windows made the raised-floor space feel quite unpleasant.
