The caravan was filthy, with broken doors and the second door missing keys. The carpet was grimy, and the old, unsafe stairs leading into the van were a hazard. It smelled like smoke, so I’d advise people to stay away.

The location is good, but the layout on the site feels cramped. The caravans are too close together. The main steps into the caravan lounge are very steep and wobbly. The bed in the main bedroom squeaked and seemed wobbly, as if the frame needed tightening. We cleaned before leaving, but the vacuum left a strong odor that made the place smell awful.

The location is nice and getting into the caravan is easy. Parking outside the caravan was difficult; I had to weave in and out between caravans to find a spot. I would have liked some wine glasses, and the cutlery was a bit mismatched and could use replacement.

It’s just a place to sleep. The glasses were inadequately stocked, so we drank wine from children’s plastic beakers. The place wasn’t cleaned well; we found a cotton bud, a dirty tissue, and on the last morning’s check, a sock left under the bed.

The location was acceptable, and the club house had no events. The caravan was very worn; the mattress felt like a Fred Flintstone. It seemed as if the caravans had moved on. I had to clean it myself or live in the expected squalor.
