“Bad experience”
I’m extremely dissatisfied with my stay. The room was tiny, the bathroom practically unusable, and it sat in the basement, giving the feel of a dark, depressing underground space with no comfort. The staff were unprofessional and disappointing, especially Sana, whose attitude was unacceptable. Instead of addressing my concerns, a staff member suggested I find another hotel, and a night‑shift employee even threatened to call the police just because I requested a room change. This intimidation was totally inappropriate. Overall, the experience was unpleasant, with poor facilities, an unsuitable room, and terrible customer service. I expected far higher standards and urge management to take these complaints seriously.
