“I would recommend staying there”
The location in the middle of Medina was good. I liked the staff working there, especially the lady preparing breakfast who was very kind. The breakfast was very diverse and delicious.

A great stay in this riad right in the heart of the Medina! The location is really top, just a 5‑minute walk to plenty of sights, which makes visiting easy and lets you soak up the Medina’s vibe. The welcome was truly warm. The whole team is adorable and always available if needed. A special shout‑out to the lady who greeted us (I didn’t even ask her name) ❤️ She was really attentive, always smiling and caring. The breakfasts were delicious and you could feel they were made with a lot of heart. Thanks for the hospitality and all the little touches. We had a wonderful time and are leaving with beautiful memories of Fès. I definitely recommend this place!

The price was reasonable, there was air conditioning, a private bathroom, and the location was right in the old town; the staff were friendly. The terrace offered a great view for breakfast. Because it’s in the old town, the nearby alley had children shouting late into the night, the air conditioning had a smell, and three of the staff barely spoke English, so communication was a problem. At check‑in they used their phones to operate and even asked me to pay a higher price than shown on the website, but after discussion we agreed on the price. The WiFi was very slow and basically unusable.

The room was spacious, spotless and comfortable, and the breakfast on the terrace was delicious and very welcoming. The location in the medina was perfect, and the price was very reasonable for the quality offered. Nothing was missing; everything was great. 😃😃

The staff, especially the manager, were very friendly. However, getting to the hotel was difficult and risky, especially with the presence of fake guides harassing people in the parking lot, which made me feel uneasy. I could not sleep at night because of the noise from children playing on the street until 3 am.
