I was in the middle of the city and the bus and train links were solid, but the check‑in was a hassle, the room was worn out and not clean, there was no soap or shower gel refilled, and the shower doors had a lot of residue.

The spot was right on the S‑bahn, the check‑in was smooth, and the room was nice.

The location was perfect for my work trips, the rooms were well equipped and the bed was very cozy, yet the TV didn’t work, the key card at the front door only worked partially, and on the second night at 2:30 am a fire alarm went off, which was very uncomfortable.

The stay was great – I’d definitely recommend it! Everything was pleasant and we’re very satisfied. The rooms were excellent and the service was top‑class: when we asked for a receipt, they responded super fast. Thanks for the great help, we’ll come back for sure.
