The location, the pool, and the cleanliness were good, but it didn’t feel like an agriturismo at all; it was just a very good accommodation with little sense of agriturismo. The lack of hospitality was absolute – the girl who let us in was far from knowing what tourist hospitality should be.

We had a truly special stay. The location is strategic, ideal for visiting Assisi, Monte Subasio, and surrounding sites: every point of interest is easily reachable. From the garden you enjoy a spectacular view of Assisi, and to the right, of Santa Maria degli Angeli and the Porziuncola – a breath‑taking panorama. The casale is wonderful, meticulously cared for and impeccably clean. The garden is maintained with great attention, and the pool, always clean, is even more striking with evening lights. Closing times are respected precisely, and guests of all ages keep a calm and pleasant atmosphere. After visiting the sites of St. Francis and spending spiritual moments with the children, a dip in the pool in the afternoon made the stay even more enjoyable. A perfect balance of depth, nature, and relaxation that turned the days into a complete and rejuvenating experience. Breakfast is a highlight: rich, varied, and well balanced according to nutritional guidelines, with a great mix of proteins, carbs, and good fats. Homemade cakes, mini brioches, mini krapfen, jams, fresh fruit, whole‑bean coffee, and the option to eat outside while enjoying the morning air. Everything is extremely clean and cared for. Highly recommended!

I relaxed by the pool with a great view, and the staff were present but not intrusive. The breakfast was adequate, and the flexibility with no pressure was a real highlight, letting me fully enjoy the calm and pleasant atmosphere.
