The staff was very friendly, but the location wasn’t ideal and the cleanliness left something to be desired.

The price was good and the location was convenient, though the breakfast was quite minimalistic.

Check‑in was quick, the room was clean, and there were plenty of toilets and showers; overall the place was tidy and modern. The blanket that came with the double bed was too small for two people, so either two blankets or a larger one should be supplied. Breakfast was just a bag of sliced bread, which was fine given the nightly rate.

The place was spotless and the staff were helpful, reliable and spoke good English. The guesthouse sits on the main Peace Avenue street, within walking distance of Suhe Baatar Square, the opera, and national museums (which are closed on Tuesdays). It’s a nice spot to meet other international travellers. The room rates are reasonable and breakfast is included, but keep in mind it’s very basic: tea or coffee, bread, jam and a few cookies.
