The staff were perfect, the location was perfect, the room was perfect, and the breakfast was perfect.

The breakfast wasn’t good, and they claimed there was on‑site parking, which wasn’t true. It was more expensive than quoted. I pointed it out, but they didn’t care.

The trip turned out to be solid overall, a genuinely good experience.

The hotel’s location is excellent and the staff are wonderful, helping with everything; they even carry your luggage for you because the building has no elevator, and the hotel is small but well‑maintained, situated in the middle of the market with the sea and the cable car within walking distance. We stayed another day because we liked the place. The rooms are a bit small, but that was normal for us.
