Hotel Metropole Suisse

“Location Service quality all excellent”

The spot was spot on, the room had decent space, but the power outlets were poorly positioned – none near the dressing table or mirror. The bathroom was acceptable, though it only had a shower; a bath with a shower would give more options. The restaurant and bar delivered great service and quality, and being able to charge items straight to the room was handy. I did have to request extra bathroom supplies because they weren’t included in the daily cleaning.

“Excelente calidad de servicio”

The location, the room bathroom, the bedding were fine. The wood in the rooms needs some work.

“Mir hat das Hotel gut gefallen. Nur, in mein Zimmer im Kühlschrank befanden sich Reste einer Pizza.”

The location was very good. The breakfast could be better – fresh salad, fruit, bread, a bit of salmon.

The place is great, the staff were excellent, but the food could be a lot better.

“Beautiful historic hotel”

The location was superb, just a short walk to the city center and only a few steps from the train station and funicular terminal. The staff were very friendly, and the valet parking was effortless.
