Love the location at the airport. The hotel is well kept, very clean. They use a fragrance for the overall hotel that is overwhelming. It was way to strong and made feel sick. I booked through booking. Com and you must be careful because there is another hotel with same name but not at airport

The view is wonderful, but there was no baby changing station in the ground‑floor bathroom, and the family one was closed.

The room was excellent with an incredible view, and the staff were very friendly, which really adds value to the service—keep it up… 100 % recommended; unfortunately the pool was not available because it was out of service.

The facilities, the pool, and the service were all great.

The food was the best in Tulum, the air conditioner worked perfectly, the TV was a nice size for evenings, and the swimming pool was really nice. The staff were fantastic and very personal, which is what Mexico has to offer. The only downside was that the hot tubs on the roof had cold water; otherwise, nothing at all.
