The hotel was close to everything we wanted to see in Denver. I was disappointed that the rooms had no pots, pans, or other kitchen supplies; when I asked an employee, they confirmed that none of the rooms included cookware, so the groceries we bought went to waste.

The facilities were excellent and the staff were very friendly and courteous. Everything was fine.

The room was very good, though modest in size. The bathroom was modern and everything worked well: hot shower, strong flush, good sink, and tissues. The location was great, just a few blocks from the Art Museum and several decent restaurants. The breakfast was just okay, and parking cost $35 per night.

The location was good, and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. However, there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom.

The hotel sits in a handy spot and the room was comfortable, but breakfast was underwhelming with very few choices and poor quality; the biggest gripe was housekeeping—during our four‑day stay no one cleaned the room, and when we asked, we were told the staff had already left for the day with no alternative offered, making the service very poor and hurting our stay.
