Everything was super, extremely clean, and housekeeping came every day. The food is very tasty and diverse 👍

Everyone on the staff was kind, the place is well‑located, and the cuisine—run by an excellent chef—was outstanding. Nothing to complain about.

The breakfast met the expectations of the property. The shower box was very good in size and hot water. The instructions for the safety deposit box were simple. The linens were definitely clean. I appreciated the staff’s courtesy in loading my luggage into the car. The structure is interesting regarding noise management given the proximity to the airport. The air conditioning should be in all rooms, not just on the ground floor (although at night it could be less intrusive). The private parking is the one that serves most hotels but it is a bit far. When I requested separate beds, it seemed accepted, but then the sheets were shared. The fridge is a good model but should cool better.

I didn’t actually stay at Hotel Mimosa because they transferred me to another nearby hotel, saying there was a problem with my room. Since I was traveling alone and my friend couldn’t come, I decided to accept the transfer without making a fuss. However, I was disappointed with the room at the other hotel. I had paid for a room at Hotel Mimosa, so being transferred to a different hotel with a room that was not as good did not feel right. On the positive side, they gave me a free pass to Beach Village, which I appreciated. Overall, I accepted the situation, but I believe guests should receive a room of the same or better quality when they are transferred to another hotel.
