“Séjour parfait dans le centre de Changsha.”
The staff are attentive to every request, and there are no negatives.
“We stayed in the art suite, it was quirky and kitsch. It was like a French Boudoir Bordello. Loved the round bed, so co”
The place felt a bit dated, but the staff made it a great stay; Jack Ma (not the famous one) was the perfect host, greeting us each time we were in the lobby and break room. We loved everything, even though Changsha is a bit off the tourist map, and we felt special.
“Un hotel dall’autentica atmosfera cinese”
We spent a night here before our return flight and it felt far more authentically “Chinese” than any other hotel we stayed at during the holiday, both in style and vibe, which we really liked. The front‑desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and a special thanks to Mr. Feng who kindly kept our luggage and even lent us umbrellas, showing genuine care. The breakfast room on the upper floors was also lovely, with a pleasant atmosphere and a nice view.
“Decepcionante”
It should have been a great hotel 30 years ago; today it is very old and needs a complete remodel. The only highlights are the location, the reception staff’s friendliness, and the views from floor 25. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very poor, with almost no protein and no juices; the breakfast staff were unpleasant, and the bathtub handles were half broken. In short, don’t be fooled by the photos or the 5‑star rating—look for another option in Changsha.
The staff were extremely helpful, especially front‑desk manager John. The hotel is very close to the metro and Kaisa Plaza, which offers many dining options. The breakfast buffet is substantial and includes many local cuisine choices.
