The location was perfect. The staff was really sweet and helpful. I don’t like that they do not have room service every day. I also thought their breakfast was not good. The eggs were so bad… But they were really sweet and very accommodating and they did have coffee

The breakfast was very tasty, not a lot of variety but enough for the whole family; I think reception should have staff who speak a bit more Spanish because that was a small limitation for us; the room cleaning should be every 2 days, so I give it 10.0/10.

Choosing Springhill Suites made us very happy; our room with two separate sleeping areas was great for our family; all staff we spoke with were wonderful and very accommodating; the dining room and kitchen staff do an excellent job keeping up with the food demand and keeping everything clean and spotless; however, the laundry has no airflow, so I felt like I was in a sauna and drenched with sweat by the time I switched my clothes from washer to dryer—some cooling ventilation is needed, giving it a 9.0/10.

The location, pool, gym, new furnished room, and comfortable mattresses made for a solid 9.0/10.
