“Ottimo per una fuga romantica”

The hotel feels cozy, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, bright, and very comfortable. The wellness area is well-equipped and offers nice relaxation zones where you can unwind. Dinner and breakfast were magnificent; we ate wonderfully and felt very pampered! The pool was a bit cold and crowded, but that didn’t bother us. We chose to stay in the sauna area (only for those over 14), which left the family zones free for kids to enjoy together.

“Soggiorno impeccabile”

The staff were incredibly kind, always welcoming every request with warmth and enthusiasm. Breakfast and dinner were fantastic, everything tasted great. The cleaning was flawless. The location is excellent—just 15 minutes from Bolzano, letting you visit many nearby spots. The pool water in the SPA wasn’t very hot, but that seems to be a common issue in the area.

The hotel is very welcoming. The food is excellent. The location is strategic. The pool water is too cold to be considered a SPA.

“Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo sia per cibo che per struttura! Consigliatissimo”

Everyone on staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The food was great! The rooms were spotless. The spa was perfect—except for the pool water being cold for the kids, but we still had fun. We’ll definitely come back! It’s 14 minutes by car from beautiful Merano. The only downside was the pool water being cold, and the room had two bathrooms with a toilet in one and a bidet in the other 😅 Everything else was perfect!
