It was cheap, in a quiet spot, the room was spacious, and the staff were friendly. However, there was no water, no coffee, the TV was tiny, the shower didn’t work well, and the front door didn’t seem properly locked.

The hosts were very accommodating, even though I didn't know they only accept cash or gCash, which I didn't have; they let me check in and pay later. The location was ideal, with the pension house just inside the Greenville Subd. It’s a 10‑minute walk to the south entrances of Robinsons Place, and you can also take a tricycle through the barangay. The area feels very safe. Once I stayed until closing time, had a lakatan banana shake at Robinson's Place, and decided to walk back; the street was well lit and the neighborhood was quiet with no people around. My room was on the ground floor, had two twin beds and plenty of space, but no fridge, so next time I’ll try to borrow an icebox if available. The room was very clean, the bath had an on‑demand water heater (though I never used it because the tap water was already warm, likely from a metal water tank). The bed was very comfortable, and the wifi was strong. I’d definitely return; 13 stars out of 10!
