The room was clean and modern with a private balcony and a rooftop terrace. It’s close to the city centre yet free from noise, and the small fridge kept drinks cool. The bathroom, however, is very small but functional.

The room, though small, was cozy and the location was excellent, just a few steps from the historic centre. The mattress was terribly uncomfortable, the bathroom was tiny, lacked a bidet, and had a step to access it. Getting to the room on the 1st floor required climbing a steep staircase.

The location was fantastic, free parking was nearby, and the terrace was beautiful; everything was within walking distance (just a few minutes to the centre, restaurants, and sea views). The room was clean, the owner was very nice and helpful, and communication via WhatsApp and the booking app was quick and efficient. Check‑in and check‑out were easy. We liked everything.

Nothing was good. The room smelled like toilet spray, the bed felt dirty, and the pillows were as hard as rocks. I had to keep the patio doors open because of the odor, and a water balloon was thrown into our bed through the door. The street was noisy until 2 am, and after an 8‑hour drive from Venice we still couldn’t sleep. I saw two wine glasses but no toothbrush cup—those glasses seemed meant for wine, not for guests. I would not recommend this place, absolutely not.
