The room service was very friendly, self‑check‑in was a breeze, and the room stayed clean, yet the shower has no light, making it quite dark at night. The balcony doesn’t offer a sea view (as shown in the photo); only the bathroom window does. Soundproofing is poor, so you can hear people in the next room speaking. The interior feels less modern than the pictures suggest, and the sink was partially clogged, so draining takes a long time.

Schönes Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon mit Meerblick, Zugang zu einer Küche und einem sehr großen Balkon mit wunderschönem Blick zum Meer. Sehr ruhig und wunderschönes Naturschutzgebiet in der Nähe. Der Besitzer Daniel ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

It had a good location, but it was on the second floor without an elevator and that wasn’t highlighted. Our room wasn’t very similar to the photos but it was clean and pleasant. We appreciated the constant water supply in the small fridge, but breakfast required going to the kitchen, which was a bit far from all the services. The sea view from our room was very limited. Overall, I would say it was satisfactory.

The beach is a short 10‑minute walk from the hotel and is clean, so you can unwind after a day of sightseeing. Parking is easy and the highway access to Syracuse and Catania is quick. The room and balcony are a bit small, and the street outside is littered with trash and garbage.
