The place was spotless, perfectly located, and very quiet.

I was disappointed that they cut costs on the in‑room microwave, preferring just one in the lobby for mingling; there was also no pen and paper in the room, the hallways were hot, the computer chair was unstable, and they couldn’t honor a third‑party price/contract.

The staff were very welcoming, but when we arrived we were told no rooms were available, all rooms had to be cleaned and rated, and we only got a room at 3 pm. A used water bottle was in the fridge, the room had no closet, and it was on the lowest level right next to the exit door. I tried to reserve online, failed, so I called directly and was told that even as a Hilton Honors member I couldn’t earn reward points for this stay. I need my rewards points.

The hotel was clean and easy to get to, and there was nothing we didn’t like.
