The hotel was nice with friendly staff and good facilities, but the breakfast service was confusing and delayed because I hadn't selected the inclusive breakfast option, forcing me to compromise on limited choices.

The toilet seats were broken, the kettle leaked, and when we asked for an extra bed, the reception confirmed it would be added, yet at 11.30 pm the bed was still missing, which was especially hard for my dad who uses a wheelchair.
