The room was beautiful, friendly, and located in a great spot in Durbuy—right in the center near nice restaurants, boutiques, and cultural venues. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the pillows super soft, perfect for a long Ardennes weekend. However, a kettle would have been nice in addition to the existing coffee maker. The lamp on the left side of the bed didn’t work, though the outlet did. Towels and toilet paper could have been more plentiful, especially for a three‑night stay. The phone number in the reservation went straight to voicemail; a number was posted on a poster at the front door, which worked once called. Updating the reservation phone number would make check‑in easier. The light from the shop across the street flickered all night, and even with the curtains closed we were bothered by it—though that’s the shop’s issue, not the hotel’s.
