Breakfast was great and reasonably priced for the service. The staff were a bit distant yet effective.
“Sejour decu”
Arrival was very difficult: no reception, no staff on site. A phantom hotel. I struggled to figure out how to check in, with no instructions. In the room there was no bath mat, and towels were in very insufficient quantity. The TV didn’t work, so I couldn’t cast a movie from my phone even though it was listed as possible. I reported the issue to the on‑site manager, but he didn’t understand the request. Internet was hard to activate. For towels, I couldn’t find anyone in the hotel to ask for more. Breakfast was disappointing: scrambled eggs were served in a vacuum‑sealed bag, opened and poured straight into the pan, without seasoning—really not great. For €100 a night with breakfast, it’s very mediocre. I don’t recommend it.
Petit déjeuner très bien. Hotel en dehors de la ville avec parking très pratique. La personne à l'accueil, Guillaume il me semble, a été très efficace et très serviable. Nous reviendrons à notre prochain voyage, étape très pratique proche du tunnel
