The location is excellent, with shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were very attentive, eager to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Rilla, the receptionist, was especially kind and friendly, always ready to help and even learned some Spanish to serve us better. The only downside is the heavy traffic and nighttime noise because of the central location.

The hotel's central location was a major draw for me, as it was close to a bustling night market and the historic city center. The warm welcome from the staff was also a lovely touch. However, I was initially disappointed with the first room offered, which was dimly lit and overlooked a wall of another hotel. Fortunately, I was able to switch rooms without any issues.
