I was hit with a horrible bug‑spray smell right from the moment I walked in. The price that was quoted on the website was at least $150.00 higher than what I actually paid, and I never received a receipt. My screenshots show no tax or amenities added to the final bill. The restroom door was jammed against the toilet, and the Wi‑Fi kept dropping out. The lights kept flickering and were shut off at random intervals.

“We will NEVER stay here again nor would we recommend it to anyone!”

The staff were friendly and polite, and the breakfast—sausage and waffles—was pretty good. The beds weren’t terrible either. But the place stank, the carpet was old and worn, and the walls needed a fresh coat or at least a wipe‑down. The rooms had a strong smoke smell. The shower never got hot, and the drain didn’t work at all. The toilet was left uncleaned under the seat, which was disgusting.

“Don’t stay here”

Breakfast was decent. However, the room was dirty and outdated, the pool didn’t open until 1 pm, the hot tub was broken, and the gym had old equipment. The TV in the room didn’t work. I watched a staff member drop a towel on the floor, pick it up, refold it, and put it back in the pile he was carrying. The floors were dusty and dirty, and the room smelled musty. Don’t waste your money on this place; go somewhere else.

“Nice affordable stay, really comfy beds and nice staff”

The beds were super comfortable and the free breakfast was pretty good. When our plans changed, they accommodated us easily and were very friendly. The only downside was that they only left us two towels in a king bedroom, which wasn’t enough for my husband, baby girl, and me. The property was clean overall, but the room is starting to show natural wear and tear.
