The hotel was lovely, the staff were fantastic, and the food was brilliant. The room had a mirror that wasn’t wall‑mounted, so I had to sit on the floor to dry my hair; otherwise the facilities were excellent.

The hotel had everything you could possibly need, the bathroom and shower were luxurious, and the room was very nice. Breakfast was included, which was great. It was very clean and tidy, and the dining area was very nice. The room was a bit small.

Everything was great, so I would recommend it. No complaints.

A mix‑up happened with the disability communication and the need for a low‑floor room because there were no lifts, but the room was swapped right away. The room itself was spotless, the bathroom was very spacious, and the hospitality tray was well stocked. The restaurant food was excellent, though I’d suggest making sure breakfast plates stay hot, since they cool quickly.

Breakfast was excellent The room was lovely. It was the Sunday evening of a bank holiday weekend and the bar was very busy. Our room was on the back and seemed to be over the kitchen - we could hear a lot of noise, particularly when the staff were cleaning up at the end of the shift - they were banging pots on the floor for some reason! We could also hear every word they said (including all of their expletives!). If they are going to take breaks outside, they need to be conscious of guest rooms above
