It was just available, but the A/C didn’t seem to work in the first room and the staff couldn’t fix it either, so we moved to another room; the A/C eventually cooled but it took a long time. I was told to take it or leave it, and I couldn’t get a refund until the manager returned and nobody knew when that would happen.

The staff and cleanliness were excellent, but the only improvement I’d suggest is having a real coffee pot with coffee in the room.
