I loved the look and location of the property; it’s a wonderful hotel and I’d definitely stay again. The only slight downside was the noisy air‑conditioning in the room, so we had to turn it off, but the weather kept us comfortable even if a bit warm.

When we checked in, our rooms were lovely and warm despite the cold outside. We had breakfast at the Virgin Kitchen; the staff were nice and the food was tasty and competitively priced. Everything was great.

This is not a 4‑5 star experience as advertised online. No staff were available to help with luggage, so we had to cart our bags upstairs. The rooms lacked amenities like shower caps, and there was no service at all. It’s just a room in a nice building. The bathroom is not good. The restaurant was closed the first night, and when it opened it was just a café downstairs, not the lovely restaurant shown online—only for catered paid events.
