Hotel Elisabeth

I booked the afternoon slot to arrive in the evening, yet the check‑in never responded. I arrived at night and fortunately my friends had a room there, so they hosted me. Instead of apologizing for the cancellation, the gentlemen charged me for two nights at the price of a single room because I slept in my friend’s room—absurd. Mostly, the lady was arrogant, refusing to understand that my reservation was cancelled that morning and that I’d driven three hours to arrive at the hotel only to find no one there; her rudeness and arrogance meant she only wanted to take €300 and didn’t care about the rest.

The breakfast was excellent, and the dinner surpassed my expectations; we felt very comfortable and will return.

It was indeed a very quiet location with a nice pool, and the walking distance to the Algungh was good. It’s a pity the hotel isn’t on the South Tyrol Pass.

Breakfast was very good. The hotel’s location is ideal.

It was almost a perfect holiday. Staff, food, accommodation, and the pool with a sunbed area were perfect. The only drawback was that our room had no air conditioning, so the nights were not exactly restful. Special requests were handled to the fullest satisfaction by the staff. We consider our stay as an older couple very successful and thank all the employees.
