The location was great.

We were in this hotel for the first time and I have to highlight the breakfast—it was simply superb. The staff were very friendly, the girls attentive and smiling. As soon as we arrived, a receptionist ran out and directed us to the parking. The room was spotless, with tea, a view and an elevator all working perfectly. Thanks! The only drawback was that the bathroom ventilation could be a bit better.

The parking and the hotel’s location were good, and the staff were courteous. The room was catastrophically tiny, nowhere near 14 m², and the bathroom smelled awful. After speaking with the front desk, they moved us without any trouble to a much better room the next day that actually matched the description.

The accommodation was super, crossing the street and you’re already in the Old Town. Having your own parking is a huge plus for Lviv, the room was wonderful, the sound insulation was great – it was very quiet and you could hear nothing, and the staff were friendly.
