I mistakenly declared the wrong rate for my child, but the staff handled it kindly and I felt relieved. The parking fills up quickly, which made me a little uneasy.

The hotel is amazing, the rooms were very comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s about a 10‑minute walk to the city centre, and there’s a 7‑11 inside the hotel. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel’s restaurants are excellent, and the teppanyaki was a wonderful experience. Everything is convenient and designed for guest comfort: there’s a bar next to the pool, a small gym, and a shop inside the hotel. The parking is often full (we were in the Japanese holiday period).

The hotel was clean and comfortable, with a pleasant atmosphere and very polite, helpful staff. Breakfast offered a good variety, and the outdoor pool was a welcome addition. Its location is convenient for the airport, the monorail, and Kokusai‑dori, making it a practical choice for a short stay in Naha. Some parts of the hotel and rooms felt a bit dated compared to newer hotels, and it’s only a short walk from the main shopping and dining area rather than being directly in the centre.
