The location is great and the staff responded quickly and helped us, which we appreciated. The room itself was small and the bed was uncomfortable. The thermostat was in the common area and controlled all rooms, so ours stayed hot with poor ventilation. The TV remote worked only intermittently and kept needing adjustments. Another issue was that there was only one bathroom shared by all rooms, so I often had to wait in line or go elsewhere to use it.
